Tai Chi Chih Practice in the Park
Twice a week, Thursday from 11:00am to noon and Sunday from 10:00am to 11:00am, we hold a Tai Chi Chih “drop in” practice at Albert Winn Park on 28th between P St and Q St. We keep about 10 ft. apart and always wear masks.
Tai Chi Chih is a gentle form of a moving meditation. It’s a form of Tai Chi that was created to be meditative by a man named Justin Stone. If anyone is interested, you can come down to the park and “drop in” to join us. There’s no special clothing or equipment. Bring your mask and maybe a jacket if it’s cold outside.
